WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

  • All reeds are handmade; therefore, orders will be shipped approximately six weeks after order is received (up to six reeds). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Rush orders are available at an additional cost.
    • Business hours are by appointment
    • We will contact you regarding ship date for orders larger than six (6) reeds
  • Non-Reed orders will be shipped within five (5) business days.
  • Orders containing both reeds and non-reed products will be shipped with with reeds. If you would like your non-reed items sent immediately, you can choose to pay an additional shipping fee ($7.00). Just let us know your choice.

ARE RUSH ORDERS AVAILABLE?

  • Rush orders are available. For an additional $25 rush fee, your reed order will be shipped within three (3) business days. (see business hours)
  • Rush orders apply to orders of up to 3 reeds. To rush more than 3 reeds, please call us for pricing.

HOW CAN I PAY?

  • On-line
    – Orders may be placed on-line with payment via PayPal or a major credit card which is linked to your PayPal account
  • Major Credit Card (not linked to PayPal) – simply email us at Contact@dnreeds.com and we will send an invoice via email which can be paid via credit card.
  • Personal or Business Checks– checks are accepted. Orders will be processed once check has been received. Please see our mailing address under Contact Us.

WHAT IS THE METHOD & RATE FOR SHIPPING?

  • Our primary shipment method is USPS. Requests for other shipping carriers will charged an additional fee.
  • Shipping within the United States is *$7.00
  • Shipping to Canada is *$12.95
  • Please contact us for International Orders
  • *Packages containing instruments and some tools will ship at a higher rate. Please Contact Us for details.

IS THERE A TRIAL PERIOD FOR NEW AND Pre-owned INSTRUMENTS?

  • New and Pre-owned instruments are available for a one (1) week trial period. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY

  • Reeds are not returnable or refundable due to health regulations. Should your reed order arrive damaged, we request that you notify us within five (5) business days from the date of delivery. Requests received after five (5) business days will be handled at the discretion of Double or Nothing Reeds.
  • Accessories and tools, in new and unused condition, may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery. There will be a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
  • New and Pre-Owned instruments are not returnable or refundable. However, we do offer a one (1) week trial for in-stock instruments.Sales tax is charged to Ohio residents. Customers outside of the State of Ohio are responsible to report sales tax as regulated by their State of residence.
  • We are currently unable to accept returns for International orders.
  • Due to health regulations, reeds are not returnable.

  • Any returned check will be assessed a $25.00 return check fee in addition to any returned check bank fee incurred.
